The service
Kept helps you prepare for and maintain Cyber Essentials certification. It is guidance and record-keeping software. It does not assess, certify or guarantee a pass, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSC or IASME.
Subscriptions and trials
Plans are billed in pounds sterling, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial; if you cancel before it ends you will not be charged. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time and your subscription will run to the end of the paid period. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of first payment are refunded in full.
Acceptable use
Keep your credentials confidential, use the service lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it or access other customers' data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
